Got sick with headaches again this year and am still recovering from an inner ear infection.. yum.. Anyway.. For a preview of this event.. anyway seems the problem is that most people are not expecting the force of the momentum down when you do the swing

Anyway I thought this was cute and Rider saved me 30 screencaps.. LOL
Anyway as you see it's Nagano and Shingo comparing the technique they need to survive that same problem.. the downward momentum
