Sasuke spoilerific review ;) Warning.. incoming blog of Sasuke 24.. if you don’t want to know.. you have been warned :D For a preview of this event.. Please see SASUKE NAVI FALL 2010 (1 hour review of Sasuke 24 with fluff pieces of all the major players in the upcoming Sasuke!) and the SASUKE PREVIEW SHOW that aired an hour before the official broadcast. Bare with me.. this show was 5 1/2 hour long (not including the specials..).. Took a break to see Sportsman #1 and rest as best I could. Hopefully I'll have more up this week. Oh.. and as Ube says: If you are from the G4 Forums, DON'T POST THIS THERE. They expect everyone to stick their head in the sand and pretend it doesn't exist..

This of course is the one that Michael Johnson fubarred the field :p - Quarterfinals - Heat 4 - he came in 5th place on August 26, 1991

In Sasuke 23 returned to the 3rd stage and avenged his loss to the Shin Cliffhanger..
but he was painfully eliminated on the Spider Flip
TBS harping that Sasuke is his Olympics (since he never got to qualify for them)
Age 39 and still kicking butt.. I mean.. seriously..
He's been training hard outside of his friggin balcony for his revenge on the Spider Flip
.. this freaks me out... the gate was all flimsy and buckled under his weight.. lol
.. because cake is not a lie..
He trains with his kids in tow :p
Hopefully the suit is not for scuba diving...

Regarding the last picture,
it appears that the interviewer was asking about Takeda & Lee's reply was that he was worried that Takeda may have too much pressure.
Another tiny unimportant detail. The clip of Okuyama was the heats
& NOT the quarter-final.
He was in the same heat as Michael Johnson & finished 2nd in that heat. Okuyama qualified for the quarter-finals & finished 5th, thus could not get to semi-final. TBS showed the arrow pointing to Okuyama in that clip where he was 2nd place.
Wow really? Lee is very perceptive. And this is why so many people shouldn't be so quick to slap labels on people and wish TBS cranking the pressure machine. Kanno imploded at 99 and so did Yuuji (in 23).
Yeah his result is what I was recording but you are absolutely correct on which one was actually show. It's funny that sometimes they show the arrow on the wrong person.. LOL!!! Did you notice that? This time they didn't even use an arrow!
Your blog is from a woman's viewpoint & highlighted things i would fail to notice usually...ie. Kenji was more "warm" ( i don't know which english word to use ) in his celebration with Sachiko than Okuyama with his own wife! LOL! A unknowing stranger would have thought that Kenji was the husband! HAHAHA!
my 7 yr-old niece looked like Ain when she was younger at 4 & still chubby. Now my niece is too thin & lost her front tooth, she looks like Lilia. :)
I understand warm :) Yeah that's a good word to use. Poor Okuyama is a straight laced proper Japanese Gentlemen.. it's my fault I like wild men.. er.. hmm that didn't come out right..

Finally, had enough contrast to see son's name. It's Takuya! The Takahashi and Okuyama families are so interesting to compare. The fathers are so different but the wives and kids are more similar.
When Daddy made it over on the Spider Flip, Lilia said "Oh I could cry right now!" Too cute!
