Muscle Park 3 Year Anniversary All-Star Visit

I've been meaning to put a post about this for a while now but I totally forgot! Anyway. Muscle Park in Odaiba, Tokyo, Japan recently celebrated their 3rd year Anniversary! As a part of their Anniversary celebrations they had 2 special dates added to their events calendar. On Sunday, December 13th, 2009 Toshihiro Takeda 竹田敏浩 was to be a special guest. There were event sign ups to participate in different events with him during the day along with an autograph session and a Q&A.

The event for the 13th with Takeda is chronicled on their blog section of the site with great pictures (full size for most of the pictures but not all). It's nice he had a day of his own with people coming just to see him! He had previously gone to Muscle Park the day before the taping of Sasuke 24 but it seemed he was by himself at that time.

The end of the blog and following ones past that all pointed again to the following weekend, Sunday, September 20th, 2009 as the date that Makoto Nagano 長野誠 was to participate in his 3 year anniversary visit.

What followed was a HUGE blog with HQ pictures like crazy (yes I copied them all :D ). It seems that Takeda was a surprise guest.. even to Nagano (at least it was made to seem that way to the crowd). Nagano had most of his day by himself and then when it came to the Q&A section of the event a guy came out with a black tank top (with the Fire Rescue EMS covered in tape and the word SASUKE put on top of it..) and a Buddha mask.. It was Takeda crashing the show.

They spent the rest of the time together goofing around for the crowd and helping the kids that had signed up to participate with Nagano get through the Sasuke Park obstacles. When they couldn't reach things the guys would hoist them up to help them along.

Since it's Nagano's day he gets to wear the beauty queen sash :p Though.. I am a little concerned for Nagano's right hand.. It seems he might have pulled a tendon? Dunno. This seemed to have been done before they both participated in Sportsman #1 (to be aired in January 7th). Rumor has it it was taped on the 21st but there's no official confirmation on that.

Either way it doesn't appear to be too serious of an injury since he was able to get on obstacles and what not. We will find out if anything was wrong when we see Sportsman #1. As for Sasuke 24 taped on the 8th of December.. that airs NEXT WEEK. But for those who can't wait that long.. Sasuke Navi - the one hour special preview is THIS SUNDAY!!
