Okie dokie! First obstacle is the circle spikey looking thing. It's name is Roulette Cylinder ルーレットシリンダー

Nicknames for this are the UCH here in the USA and the Japanese call this the "AruKuri" (arutimetto kurifuhangā)

Now that he's gotten this far he needs to get set for the 2nd obstacle that's attached to

I am assuming they locked the doorknobs so they don't "roll"

Quoting Ube because he rocks: This new 3rd Stage is like someone freaked out at a NAFCO/Home Depot or something. I bet the doorknobs came from the boards or something like that.
Anyway he's quickly figuring out that this is NOT the Curtain Cling..

He actually is using a technique I haven't seen before (since I'm still used to them swinging on obstacles that look like this).

Kongo btw is barefoot here.. he's using his feet to hang on to the bottom of the boards and he slowly goes one board at a time.

I didn't expect anyone to pass the UL-CLI ('cause if Nagano calls it UL-CLI, I'll call it UL-CLI too! lol). The Shin-Cliffhanger alone took 3 tournaments before if was cleared for the first time -btw, I expect Takeda to be the first one to beat this one and bring up another Theory :P -, and now we know it's kinda easy.
God I want a shot at that...I'm damn curious to see how it feels to tackle that thing. Well, getting to Sasuke 26 and all the way to the Cliffhanger in Stage 3 should be easy, no? j/k
Can't wait to see an All Star clearing (and possibly pwning) that monster!Watching Ryo or Keita attempting it should be interesting as well.
LOL yeah. Even reading Keita's board I was having trouble with the translation until I was explained that they use slang for all of the obstacles. Then I heard Nagano use it in the interview and it all made sense! I say is Arukuri though since it sounds funnier :)
